MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
The purpose of National Business Exchange is to develop an ethical group of business professionals dedicated to supporting, networking and referring quality business opportunities. To insure the continued growth and success of our association, it is critical that each member attend the weekly scheduled meetings, and that new qualified business leads are diligently generated.
One business professional member is permitted in each category. No overlap is permitted in these established categories. The membership committee will have the final decision with regards to membership, ethics, or overlap disputes.
Only two unexcused absences are allowed during one quarter. If more than two unexcused occur during onequarter, the membership will be terminated.
Unprofessional conduct and/or questionable business ethics will result in the immediate termination of any member.
I understand that if I resign from NBE, or my membership is terminated by the Board of Directors of NBE, that my membership and renewal dues and quarterly dues are non-refundable.
No director or officer of the NBE is liable in any way for any statements, omissions, goods, or services made or provided by the individual members of the group.
