NBE - How Do I?

Log in to my account?

When you become an NBE member, you are registered in our system with the e-mail address you provided at the time of sign-up. A temporary password is given to each new account created, if you are unsure of what the temporary password is contact Dr. Wong, or the Vice-President in your group. We cannot list the temporary password here due to security reasons.

Recover a Lost Password?

Within the "Login Box" there is a link that will take you to the "forgotten password" page. Simply enter in your e-mail address that you would use to login and a newly generated random password will be sent to your inbox. Please login immediately with the temporary password and continue on to the "change password" area.

Problem: I used the forgotten password feature on the website, but I never received the email!

Check your Spam or Junk Mail Folder within your e-mail program. It is possible that the e-mail was flagged as spam and was sent there instead. If the e-mail is nowhere to be found, contact the webmaster about the problem.

Change My Password?

When you login to your account, a "Change Password" link will appear in the "My Account Options" box on the right hand side. Once on the change password page, you will be asked to provide the e-mail address you use to login as well as your current password and a new password.

Upload my Company's Logo?

NEW! You can now upload your company logo when you login to your account. Currently only .JPG and .PNG are accepted.

What if I change companies, or my original e-mail address has changed?

All of your information including your e-mail address, Company, and logo can be updated when you login to your account. If you happen to change your e-mail address, then the next time you login you will need to use that address. Should you change the e-mail address and write in the wrong information and cannot login, please contact Dr.Wong, or the webmaster to have it updated manually.

Find a Member?

Finding a member has been made simpler than ever before! The new search function can be found throughout the site, you can search by first and last names, company, category (ie: chiropractor), by group, and partial words as well.

Or...

Go the Menu, under "Where We Are..", choose a county, then a group to view its members.

How can I link to the NBE website?

Having a banner on your site will not only help your business reputation for being a member of a networking group, but will also help NBE grow as well!
